Who's Eddie?
Well, thanks for asking. I'm a first-generation Armenian who's considered the freak of the family (the black sheep, if you will) for taking a detour at the intersection of Medicine and Law and pursuing the route of an Ad Man.
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, but am a die-hard Boston sports fanatic, in case you couldn't tell by the Celtics shirt I'm wearing.
I like my coffee black and my alcohol brown.
I like to tell stories. Some of them are true.
I write children's books, but won't put my face on the back cover for fear of scaring the kids off.
I can recite every line from "Pulp Fiction."
MacGyver is my hero.
I'm a sports junkie who aspired to play pro basketball. NBA scouts, however, told me that being slow and 5'7" didn't warrant million-dollar contracts and shoe deals. Go figure.
I've been a Copywriter for 12 years. Most recently, I wrote everything that needed words for Volkswagen. I ran the gamut -- from brand TV to retail TV, retail radio, all the way to big print, outdoor stuff, brochures, and pretty much everything on VW.com. Most notably, I was integral in a digital piece of work that leveraged a first-of-its-kind artificial intelligence brain. That puppy got me and the squad a One Show pencil, a Webby, and a few other awards.
Long story short, I love to create great work that tells a story, conjures laughs, shakes a few heads, and turns into a shiny little statue. I have a few dozen in the case, currently, but I want more. That's where you come in.
My operators are standing by, 24/7 and can be reached via phone call, text, email, or even throwing a brick with a note attached wrapped around it like Kevin McAllister did in "Home Alone 2" would work.
Let's chat. Thanks.
